also its not a constant noise really more like a (ruummmmmmmmruummmmmmmmmruummmmmmmm) more like a repetition

could it be that the camber is off because it's lowered, i had a bent rim but i changed that and got it balanced not too long ago and still does it and no they're multidirectional goodyear rsa's

No, lowering doesn't cause camber issues on our cars. In order to have camber issues, you'd have to lower it beyond any reasonably drivable height.

I had something similar happen to me last month, it was more of a vibration, it felt like the tire rubbing up against something. It turned out to be the drive axle, but it is tricky to diagnose, almost the same symptons as a wheel bearings.

I put the car up on axle stands, took both the tires off and I got my buddy top sit in the car and run in to about 80km/hr, then i compared the two sides and it looked liked there was a slight vibration from the driver side drive axle. I guess we got lucky diagniose it.

good luck

if the vibration is noticable at all speeds its in your drive train( bearings, cv, trans). IF not and only at high speeds its in your tires.
