is there any rear wheel drive cavys( custom of course) just wondering how hard that would be cuase that would kick some serious a$$
experience the "tilt"....... Yeah the whole right side of your car when im passing your a$$.......
no. how hard? try putting a beach ball into a golf hole. its do-able but not worth it
There have been quite a few second and first gens turned into RWD strip cars, but I agree not worth it

GM makes a rear wheel drive cavalier...its called the pontiac GTO....LMAO.
someone else has to have noticed that from a distance they look like cavis with a mild kit...even SPort Compact Car called them "cavalier styled sofas"

that's easy, all you do is take the air out
cavalier styled sofas... heh... i can see where that would come from :-p
Whats the difference between a 115 HP rear wheel drive Cavalier and a 115 HP front wheel drive cavalier?
I don't understand why that would kick ass so much.......
Usually people put a small block V8 in so they're turning a wee bit more than 115 HP

Depends on the motor.
A: Part of the success of the Camaro was the wide variety of engine options that were available. Here's a summary of the available factory domestic engines (other engines were used in export models and some dealer-modified Camaros (LS6)):

Well looky there!
There was a RWD 3rd gen v8 powered Cav at the 02 Bash. It was owned by one of the GM employees and built as a race car. Very cool.
Not really a Cavalier anymore at that point though.
There's a similar Sunfire here in Ontario somewhere too. Drag car. RWD v8.

Or 2nd gens
You've got the sad smiley there like it's a bad thing. What else would you expect? Do you think someone should built a FWD drift car or build one just for the heck of it for street use? It's just not worth the effort when there are much more suitable platforms out there.
Why reinvent the wheel?
