what he meant was, save your $80 and not buy a piece of junk.

in simple, to show up your dad's audi, you're gonna need about $1,000+ to sink into your car first

first, ditch the ALL CAPITAL LETTERS in your profile

secondly, spell out words like "never"... NVR is for girls

and thirdly, the electric supercharger does not work in the least, so don't waste your money.

good luck keeping up with your dad's audi... it wouldn't be easy if you DID know what you were doing

read the performance FAQ and start buying Sport Compact Car. Its the only magazine on the market that has any brains in their articles.

to answer the question, not that is not worth it. infact its pure junk. dont waste your money on it.. you better off saving up for a real SC kit or a turbo setup. or if your on a real budget, then your best bet is a full exhaust and a intake.

hope that helps.

Sorry about that, but those kind of things are craps, like those things that you put in the intake to add "velocity" to the air..... When you want performance, you are better to stay away from cheap things, I said cheap things, not good deals. Some bolt-ons mods should help, I have no ideas what's the number of an Audi, but everything is possible. Any engines with some good modding can do a good job. If your car is bone stock, an intake (Cold air, Warm air...), exhaust setup and some others goodies can help the car. Never forget that a good maintenance is a good thing. I know moddind isn't a cheap thing, I invested a lot of money in my car since I have it, here a couple of things I did and where that I could have save some cash...

- AEM Cold Air Intake (I wanted something good but I paid for, any others intakes are good as this one, as long as you have a good filter on the other end)

- Pacesetter 4-1 header (A good deal on this one, one of the cheapest when I bought it, but it have a good reputation, plus I'll see if it's tough, if it can go through a canadian winter, it can handle anything except if your warping it....)

- Magnaflow Hi-Flow cat (A good thing too, doesn't cost too much and is better than stock one)

- Vibrant 18" resonator (Good thing since I got most of the sound that I had with only my catback on)

- Vibrant catback with muffler and tip (I throw some money by the window for this one, cause I had to cut about 16" of stainless steel to put the resonator on. I custom one made by a muffler shop would have cost me the half of this one)

- Vibrant Front strut tower bar (Nice, if you like to take sharp turns, useless for the straight line race....)

(62mm TB, custom intake manifold, short throw shifter will be my next thing that I'll buy)

If you take the time before buying something you'll save money and time. To get infos about a product is the best way to have feedback about the products...companies will always say that there product is the best..... No need to rush into something that you are not sure about it, and stay aways from the "Get 25 hp with this electric sh** for only 80$) There's no way you can even expect performance from cheap thing. You're better to paid for something good that last so you don't have to worry about later, than buying stuff that you'll have to change barely at each oil changes... I'm again sorry for my first post, good luck....

Theres no such thing as cheap speed. Some guys on this site spend more money on there cavaliers then actually going out and buying a faster car. Speed takes money, to much money in my opinion.

When it seems to go to be true, it is to good to be true.

Before you begin on your project car, simply read posts here, learn how things work, and plan things out.

Dont be like many kids on the streets that have a auto zone fart can as a muffler and a home depot intake. You will gain noise and lost engine life from bad filtration.

Before you consider any part, learn how your engine functions without the part, and learn what truely is the advantage of the new part. Half the junk you can buy for your car is not worth it.
