you mean change the bulb? take out a fog light? are you missing a fog light? details!!!!
lol. To take it out and install an aftermarket one.
Simple, Reach hand under bumper, there are 2 screws/bolts holding it in. Take them out, pull connector off, and then put new ones in.
Umm.... people... those aren't fog lights. The 95-99 doesn't have fogs. Those round lights that look like fogs are the turn signals.
If you want to install aftermarket fogs... do it just like you would any other car. Decide where you want to mount them, figure out how you're going to attach them (usually a couple screws through the bracket) and then wire them up as per the instructions they come with.
Do you have any more detailed question or did you think the car already had fogs and you just have one burnt out?
