Tips to change pass. window motor please

Hi
I have to change the power window motor on a 2003 Sunfire. I have the manual but I just wondered if anyone had any tips and gotchas. The holes to work with look awful small for my arms and hands.

Someone did a great post for a Cavalier

but I don't know if the holes are the same for the Sunfire. I suppose they are.
