So far i have done a cavy trunk swap, euro tail lights, pinstriped flames on hood and 19" wheels. i am looking for some cheap mods for my 02 sunfire sedan. i have some mechanical and paint experience. Mostly i want to know if any nice looking parts from other jbodys would bolt on or with little fab

to start get rid of the altezzas and pepboys wing.

Then decide what your goal is with the car and save up and do things right the first time around.

wings and altezzas went out of style in the nineties. tint it and drop it (properly, springs AND struts.)

x2 ditch the wing and lights, drop it, tint it, and you got a winner

I would start by ditching the wing and tails. You'll get more laughs than respect with them. Align the trunk better and get some tires that actually fit the rims instead of stretching the crap out of them to get them to fit.

im with them i say take the spoiler, and the tails off. Also while your at it take the marker away from the 3 year old that drew on your hood.

you guys dont understand i am going for the 90s tuner look. eventually i will be putting a bomber body kit and a side vinyl. and i cant lower it with those rims or put more tire. Those rims are 19s and any lower or any more tire they will rub. There is only about and inch and a half of play between the tire and coil plate on the front

im lowered 2.5" and my 18's and 16's ride fine with no rubbing on my 05.

take away wing fill in holes from wing or keep it if you like since it fits the tuner style your going for. add cat back, header(i have one for sale 2200 4-1 header), high flow cat, intake. msd coil packs, msd or accel plug wires, ac delco platinum plugs, slotted rotors, good ceramic brake pads, white face gauges (maybe indiglo ones), white face a/c panel aka hvac panel cover, white face dimmer switch panel cover, red/black front and rear seat covers/floor mats, ttr poly upper and lower motor mounts, front+rear strut tower bars, front+ rear sway bar kit, silverstar headlight bulbs, xenon dome, license plate, glove box, reverse bulbs.

that would be a good list to get you somewhere decent.

most of that stuff isnt cheap, some is, some isnt. but swap wise only other thing id take would be a set of 16" ls wheels/tires.

the coil plate will still be the same distance from the top of the wheel, no matter how low it is, the only thing that would make it closer is bigger tires/wheels. chromed tails are called altezza's, hence one of the vehicles the style came from....
