What is the most extreme car you have beaten with you J-Body?
(what engine do u have and what mods are done 2 it)?
i dont race much, but last nite i raced my buddy 05 g6 gt with the autostick, we raced from 40 to 70. At 70 i had 3-4 cars on him. i though i was going to lose.
Try to post the times as well.
Don't want this to turn into another stupid versus post...
I've beat an RSX-S a couple times. I'll have to dig up the slips at home but all were won through blatent mistakes on the part of the other driver or, in at least one case, both of us with mine being the lesser of the two.
Other than that, I think I've only ever beat cars I'd be expected to beat. But I really haven't raced all that much.

Yeah there is one car I hafta race in spring but I'll have mounts a short throw and intake by then. '00 Mustang V6 stock he thinks that car is like god or something and I think I could take him now.
dude you can beat that ruststang stock.... they're slow as @!#$.... i beat my friends integra type-R when he first got it, stock....now it has a drag gen III turbo kit on it, aem ecu, and has about 400whp...lol yea its sick... its fun when i race him in my supra, its fun when i race anything in my supra, i cna't lose... except to my friends 66' nova, 427 small block... 600hp with a 450 shot of nitrous... runs 8.5's at like 160+ or so... and its tagged too, just cost's 6.50 a gallon for gas... its green.... 116 octane, but other than that i love racing in the sup.... <br>

I have a 99 2.2 turbo:
When my carr was untuned at about 8psiI hung side by side with a 2000 Mustang GT with longtube headers, x-pipe, catback , underdrive pullies, K&N, and 4:10 gears.
Since the car was tuned with a little bit more boost, I have beaten:
1. 2000 Mustang GT with 4:10 gears, mufflers, and x pipe
2. 2002 Mustang GT with 4:10 gears, exhaust, and K&N
3. 2003 Mustang GT with 4:10 gears, exhaust, K&N, and pullies
4. 95ish Cobra with exhaust
5. Neon SRT-4..stock
6. 01 Subaru WRX with around 15psi of boost
7. 02 6 speed Trans Am with atleast exhaust and a cam.......hung side by side from 40mph-105mph...he was probably a crappy driver
I can't think of anymore right now....

I was just going to say the same thing. Otherwise I'll toss this over to "versus" faster than you can say "10 carlengths, yo!".
Here's the slips for my two wins against the Type-S. Feel free to laugh at both of us.
Note that the left hand 60 ft timer didn't work and the printer didn't print the middle line of the dot matrix so a lot of the 8's look like 0's. I'm obviously car 336. I didn't realize until now that he also redlighted on that first one. I think that was one of our first races of the day and we were both obviously pretty freakin' rusty. If I remember correctly, I think he let off after realizing he'd red-lighted and then I let off after realizing I was already ahead of him and confused as to why. Retard racing, if you'll forgive the term.
I can't remember what happened with the second one, but it wasn't a half-bad run on my part. Obviously something went wrong on his side though.

Hah, you might beat a Z06 on a tight AUTOCROSS course but if you did real road racing Z06's should pawn you easily -- unless they are terrible drivers. <br>

Some were street races, some were track races. But IMO the street racing forum sucks balls, everyone accuses everyone of lieing and do nothing but flame eachother. <br>

I have never won a race at the track. The last interesting race i had was a couple months back with C5 Vette. We had 3 separate runs from 35 mph rolls each time, he never pulled on me, not even one inch. I was pushing 6psi at the time. <br>
