Damn..seriously, I don't know how you guys find deals like that. That car would sell for at least 5K here. And this is a really poor part of the US. I don't understand it.

Nice find though, what do you have planned?

I'm really thinking of a J series swap. Maybe a J32. However, I wanna keep it clean and functional. So I'm thinking a K20/K24 hybrid. I can assure you it wont be a B-series and the D-Series def. is not staying.

I already have one GSR car. I don't need two. I'm going all motor so if I do a B series swap it'll be a Type R swap. I'm not going B though. Its either J or K. I'm thinking J because I can keep ac/PS.

The integra is already boosted and the AE86 will be boosted so I'm just gonna keep this clean and fun to drive.

I can't ride around stock. So today I picked up a set of Tokiko struts with skunk2 coilovers.

Heres the pics:

The new setup

Before:

Front:

Rear

Front strut and spring off

Old strut/sping and new strut/coilovers. I had to swap the forks over obviously

New setup in

Fronts done....tuckin hard!

I went to take the rear strut out and the bolt just decided it wanted to snap the head off. The nut on the back is welded to the lower control arm.

Easy fix....@!#$ it we'll just put some Blox lower control arms on I had these for my integra but I'll just pick up another set.

New lower control arms, and suspension setup in.

All done:

By the time I finished it was dark. It gets dark here so early now Plus I had my camera on the "easy" setting. Pics came out like @!#$ but you get the point. I'll do a better photo shoot later on when its nice out with a real camera not my sony point and shoot.

Hey, I don't play around. When I say its a project I mean its a project and its time to get crackin lol

I'm leaving for Indiana for the holiday tomorrow. When I get back I think I'm putting my Bride racing seats in. There is a very clean pair of used Sparco's I want for the integra. Selling them with Sparco 5 point harnesses in black. He's local and a good buy. I'm still debating though I dunno if I wanna go with racing seats or not. Seems kinda ricey in a civic with a stock motor.

Sorry I misread that. I thought you meant if you were going all motor youd do a b-series.

No prob....and I missed typed that statement anyways. I'm more than likely going with a K20/K24 setup to keep ac and p/s not a J series.

K = no ac/PS

J = hole in hood.

choose your battle.

That is incorrect. You can keep P/S and AC on a K swap. You just have to make custom AC lines.

Well i might be going with a b series after all. I just got off the phone with eddie from my team and hes got an ls swap. Im getting engine tranny axles mounts ecu for 400 bucks. Hes also got a set of civic type r pistons bored .050 over. Just need a b16 head and i have a set of type r cams i can put in for a complete poor mans type r. I can do the swap under a grand. All motor close to 200 with a 75 shot will be ok for my dd.
