Never Enough Auto - New Project - Ordered!
Friday, December 11, 2009 10:42 AM
The new project has been ordered! Never Enough Auto is taking on a new car project for the 2010 year. We will have a new 2010 Hyundai Geneis R-Spec in our hands in the next couple weeks. I will post pictures once the car finally arrives. We will be doing a total build with photos on the car. I'll chime in from time to time with updates!!

It's just a Hyundai, it's not like their taking apart something cool or expensive.

Yeah, a budget priced decently powered RWD coupe in today's market is far from cool.

Another case of a domestic driving tool, sure beats a gay ass Cavalier.

Yeah we decided to pick this up because it seems like a decent inexpensive platform that people will mod. In it a few years a lot of younger people will be able to afford them and will mod them. When people mod, we make money, and the Genesis market isn't super saturated like some others.

Great styling.
Strong reliability.
Lots of potential.
RWD.
Excellent chassis engineering.
Good bang for the buck.

I believe you've made a excellent choice, and I'm anxious to see what the company will do with it.

I think it's a good move on your part. Should be interesting.
I am very hesitant on Hyundai products but they've stepped their game up in the past 'few' years.

Ok, Brad. Look at it this way. It's an aftermarket product company looking to mess around with a car to develop products for the masses. They chose the most popular new car that the modding crowd is going to be buying up a lot in the coming years. I say it's a great idea. Whether you or I on low budgets would tear up a new car or not, has nothing to do with it. Why worry about how THEY spend THEIR money to develop THEIR product? I personally am excited to see this build.

And to the guy saying it's "Just a Hyundai" well... everyone else has pretty much said what I wanted to. You are a moron.

Companies do it all the time. If you want to be early on the market with products for a vehicle, you gotta pick one up and start ripping it apart to see what you can do with it. I'm sure you've seen plenty of the cars from SEMA shows, right? A large portion of them were torn down with almost no mileage on them.

I have a buddy coming out of boot-camp and talking of buying my car, which leasing a new Genesis couple is one of the top replacement options for me right now.

yeah i understand the need, guys. i just dont think i could do it myself, thats all LOL

wouldnt finding a slightly used one be a better option if you're going to just make it you're own? it'd be cheaper too...

edit- yeah i doubt theres going to be any 2010's out there used so i guess scratch that.

I'M JEALOUS!!!!! I would love to have a R-spec. I went into a dealer asking about them when the genesis coupe first came out and the sales men looked at me like I was stupid ,he showed me the brochure on them and said "these are the only models " LOL Dumb ass!
