Well just yesterday we picked it up for my wife to drive. It will be a nice car to drive within town. She is a teacher in the school district that we both grew up in and still live in today. It is pretty much fully loaded only missing a sunroof. With the $6,500 and my dads GM discount we got it for $10,503 tax title everything!
Now since I just got done with my Certificate in Computer Aided Manufacturing with a 3.8 GPA. I need to find a job before April....... I will more than likely put my app in at Wendy's if I can't get a job by Feb (ouch). O'well I guess that is life in general.
Okay, so I am a little confused here. The G3 is basically an Aveo. How in the heck is it a $17,000 car even after dad's GM discount?

Have you ever looked at the price of a G3 with the preffered Package?
And if you didn't read my post it is tax title and everything.
Also you know they are not allowed by law to take the $6500 off until after the taxes are accounted for.
Also GM discount is really as good as the general public thinks it is. It is funny when GM was throwing money on the Hood of Trucks like $8,000 during the "Keep America Rolling" campaign, People really didn't jump on it. But when GM did the "GM Employee Discount for Everyone", Funny how people jumped on that when the GM discount was like only $2,000-2,400 off on a $30,000+ Truck or SUV.........
