So, here she is:
It's a 94 Integra Ls, nice car, power everything sunroof, teal, high miles, but, w/e. It has cosmetic defects, and it's definitely been repainted. All in al it's not a bad car, other then a few minor problems the place I bought it from is gonna fix ((they have to due to lemon laws yay))
Go ahead, haters hate..I don't care, I love it.
Also, go ahead and make cracks about how long it will take before I part it out. I don't care either..I had my cavalier for five years, I plan on having this car for the same amount of time, if not hopefully longer. So go ahead poke fun...

lol thank you and my job here is done...
^^^ I was thinking the same thing, lemon law doesn't apply and they don't have to fix anything, it's called selling a car "as is"
Lemon laws ((in Va at least)) applies to any car sold on a lot, a used car even sold as is has a 30-day guarantee. If it stops running for any reason, they have to fix it or buy it back. ((my aunts a lawyer, that's the only reason I know that and google
))

That's the last thing on anyone's minds at this point... first we wonder how long it will take until you start putting mismatched and primered parts on it.

no, you've got it completely wrong. unless the car has an existing factory warranty, or a dealer warranty, they don't have to cover @!#$. especially on a 94 with high miles, when you're bound to have problems anyway. whether you negotiated fixing that stuff into the price you paid is a different story.
Check out my build thread!
yea, I'm kinda seeing them take a car thats almost 20 yrs old and tell you to cram it if you bring it back to them to fix it. whatever they told you they'd do, I hope you got it in writing
so you got rid of the Cavi or you gonna sell it?

I never like cf parts, so I won't do that, and I hate exhausts so I'm leaving that, so no and no.
As for primered...only when I do the type r swap and it'll be easier getting it all

resprayed 94 teg..... bet there is some half fixed rust that will pop up soon. And also, being a typical naive person that I would expect from someone who has shown your type of immaturity, I can't blame the dealership for blowing smoke up your ass. There is no lemon law in any state covering an old ass high mileage car from defects. It's an old ass high mileage car. How dumb can you be? I mean, I hope the car lasts for you, I don't wish you misfortune. But at the same time, I'm not going to feel bad if your naive mindset when buying a car catches up with you.
On the other hand....you have other fingers.
I have the unique ability of being able to keep it real while simultaneously taking it to the next level.
so you went from bad to worse, cool! thumbs up

Congrats on your purchase. Have fun with it
So i'm from VA... and i work for a Dealership
As is - No warranty = as is - no warranty... most dealerships will give you a 50/50 30 day warranty in good will (where you pay 50% and they pay 50% for repairs)... Lemon Laws apply to Brand New Vehicles, and Vehicles that needs same repairs more than three times (like 3 not your fault motors in a couple years)
Now on to the integra...
Your "Type R" swap will never happen... its gonna be your eco swap all over again but way worse because you'll need more stuff.... the 94 integra is OBD 1, the type r did not come out until 1998, and is OBD2... so you'll need the motor, Trans (the Type R Trans has LSD), ECM, Intake Manifold, modify the throttle cable, power steering pump (the LS PS Pump will not bolt to a type R head correctly).. You'll need to run the 3 wires to power up the vtec, unless you swap the entire harness out.... .
and besides... The B18C5 (Type R) motor isn't the whore of all integra motors.... LS VTEC Turbo is the way to go... B18B1 (LS Bottom), with either the B16A1 (99+ Civic SI) head or the 98+ Type R head (B18C5) ... but you'll need to drill and tap oil passages on the head and get the golden eagle conversion kit...
regardless of what block you get, you'll need to sleeve the motor if you plan on running more than 400 HP... the stock sleeves can not take more than that...
my opinion... you downgraded seriously... had you got an 98 - 01 5 speed... it be a different story...
