my new bike! (dial ups nightmare)

Well here goes. i was browsing craigslist several months ago and came across this bike and called the guy. wound up talking him down to $2,000 cause it was wrecked, but i like challenges! I love working on things, so here's the results, hope yall like!
( this is also my first ever paint job)

this is the condition i got it in. needed tires, a chain, sprockets, a front rim, some fiberglass work, levers, blinkers, mirrors, paint and some other things.

stripped down for paint, and with the custom exhaust i fabbed up for it.

side fairings in basecoat (HOK tangerine Kandy)

the tank in basecoat

front fender, tail piece center and rear hugger in basecoat

tail pieces in basecoat

front fairing in basecoat

tank after decals and clear

front fairing after decals and clear. you can see the kandy and pearl really pop in the second pic

rear hugger front fender and center tail piece after clear

side fairings after decals and clear

the bike fully assembled, its a shame the color does not show up in the pic its actually a bright kandy orange color in the light!
still needs some bar ends and windscreen bolts and a couple minor things, but for the most part she really shines!

I think bigfoot is blurry,
that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra
scary to me. There's a large, out-of-focus monster, roaming the countryside.

great work man. i think it's hilarious when I hear an SV... because they don't sound like a sport bike, they sound like damn Z400 I had lol.

lol but thats what i love about it! it makes me smile everytime i pass a harley and they have this look on their face like their ears are lieing to them. and i love the dobletakes people do, when they see a sportbike and don't hear the typical screaching whine. plus i own a 600 ninja and this thing is insane compared to that. don't get me wrong the ninja would @!#$ n git, but its a whole different beast!

He can't really keep that look, even if you could bolt a seat to it, there's no gas tank lol.
