Front Plate location

I don't want to have it on there, but I got pulled over for that and a rear plate cover. Cover came off, donna what to do with that plate, it f'ing UGLY... And I don't want to put it in the windshiled but I REALLY don't want it on the bumper... Has anyone done any trick things to it to make it an eyecatcher as opposed to making me want to vomit?

Cool. I've had both those tickets too, and I got the "missing front plate" ticket even though the plate was in the window.

My solution was to have a custom bracket made to place the plate where I wanted it in the front without having to drill holes into the bumper. The same would probably look fine on yours as well.

It's positioned a few inches lower than stock. Here's a pic with the stock SE bumper and another with the RK valence attached.

Sometimes being creative can make a world of difference. You wouldn't believe how many people have asked me which bumper I have since they don't recognize it right away with the plate lowered. Hell, people here in Ontario probably don't even realize the bumper says "PONTIAC" on it since that's where the plate normally goes.

find a retractable plate set up , and hook it so that when the key is on it folds out and shows the plate , and then hides it when the car is parked

I've seen people put their plates behind their mesh but I don't think your mesh is large enough.

There are a LOT of states and provinces where this is required.

In fact, I believe the minority are the ones that do not require it.
