Factory Z24 spoiler

K i have just like it says a z24 factory spoiler and i want to change it to a http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33638&item=7984457087&sspagename=rvi%3A1%3A2v_home and i wanted to know if the factory one is bolted down and if so how do i remove the bolt holes.

Shifted

Factory one is bolted down, to remove them you simply weld in plugs, cover with a thin coat of body filler, glaze, prime, then paint.

yeah i think it would look alright but you do never know untill you try it does anyone have pictures of their cars with wings and spoilers like that.
