cavfires are only good if you have the cavy front, and sunfire rear, that looks the cleanest.....

nice round front, round back, where the sunfire nose is pointy and cavy back is square

i think a sunfire front with a streetfire bumper and eyelids on the hood would look killer on a cav with the pro stock spoiler...but hey thats just my opinion

Is it hard to do a conversion? I had a 96 z24 before, and now I might be getting a Sunfire GT. The parts I have for a z24 are the fenders, front bumper, hood, and lights.

Read the sticky at the top of the forum. If you have majority of the parts then it would be pretty easy.

sorry, but have to completely disagree, the evil eyes sunfire front end on a cavvy is gorgeous,i want it's babies, there was a guy on cardomain that had one, can't remember his username, and i honestly think it was the coolest front end i've ever seen on any car, hands down, but that's just my opinion

gotta say cavy front on fire is best!!!

love the coupe rear side windows on the sunfires the best, but love cavy fronts!!!

The swap isn't too hard.

Depends on what year headlights you are doing, you'll need to swap out wiring harnesses for the headlights too.

If you can take off a hood, fenders, bumper and install and re-align your new parts, you are pretty much set. you might run into some snags here and there, but if you are mechanically inclined and pretty handy you'll be fine.

I must say. The reason why I went to a cavy front was because there were more parts available for the cavalier and the front end looked much better than the fires. To each there own, but a cavy front and fire rear is hot . Those quarter windows really make a difference.
