SO I just bought a set of "95-99 Halo projectors" I also Just bought a 9006 HID kit.
SOO problem, the Projectors Change bulb type for my low beam. My new headlights wont be here till the middle of next week so I was wondering if somone else that has them could check on the bulb type for these and let me know Im going to order the correct bulbs.(For the Low beam Projectors)
Ive been told they are H1 Bulbs, I just wanted to confirm this first!

I also hear, you will have to modify the housing to allow for the extra length of the HID bulb.
Hmm So H1 it is then, Ordering now...
THe Bulbs Im ordering are matched to the OEM size, lenth and width(or smaller) so I should be ok in Clearance....I hope...

And I didnt have to modify anything to get the HIDs in only thing i did was silicone around the base to be extra sure no moisture got in cause the lip of the bulb seemed a little smaller.

I had to drill out the back of the projector housing just a bit to get the H1 bulbs to fit in, it was pretty easy to, because the metal back just unscrews you just have to take the 4 screws off then drill, but you might be lucky and not have too

Hey I have the Halos, it is a H1 low beam. You do not need to modify the housing at all, I have the Halos with H1 HIDs, work fine.
